Fazifaz LLC is a software product studio founded by Bijan Fazeli. We build polished, cross-platform consumer products — marketplaces and social apps — on a shared Kotlin Multiplatform codebase that runs across iOS, Android, and the web.
Because we own the entire stack — product design, engineering, payments, messaging, and infrastructure — we take an idea from a blank page to a real, revenue-ready product and keep it running in production. Our work spans real-world matchmaking, collectibles marketplaces, fitness booking, and peer-to-peer rentals.

Privacy Policy
Fazifaz LLC respects your privacy. We collect only the information needed to operate and improve our products and to respond to your inquiries — for example, your name, email, or phone number when you contact us or sign up for one of our apps. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
If you opt in to SMS messages from one of our products, message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive messages is never a condition of any purchase.

Child safety
Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE)
At Fazifaz LLC, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation in any form. We are committed to a safe and compliant environment, and we strictly prohibit any content, behavior, or activity that facilitates, promotes, or condones such actions.
Strict prohibition. Content that involves minors in a sexual, exploitative, or abusive manner cannot be used within our apps — including, but not limited to, inappropriate imagery, discussions, or any attempt to engage minors in harmful interactions.
Reporting & immediate action. Any content or behavior that violates this policy can be reported within the app. We take swift action — including content removal, account suspension, and reporting to the appropriate authorities.
Legal compliance & cooperation. We work closely with law enforcement, child-protection organizations, and regulatory bodies to comply with child-safety laws.
We take this responsibility seriously and remain committed to a safe, ethical, and legally compliant platform — any violation is escalated without exception. If you encounter content that violates this policy, please report it immediately to fazifaz@fazifaz.com.
